Every second counts when treating a stroke! This presentation will include important information on how to identify the signs and symptoms of a stroke, treatment options, risk factors and prevention presented by Dr. Jacqueline Carter, Medical Director of the Primary Stroke Centers at Columbia/ St. Mary’s. This presentation will start with Cholesterol Screenings offered by Dr. Carter’s professional staff 7-10am, followed by Dr. Carter presenting from 10-11am.
