Living Well Luncheon Dr. Henry Lodge, author of the New York Times bestseller Younger Next Year: will present “Younger Next Year: The New Science of Aging” at the first Living Well Luncheon. Dr. Lodge will discuss how to enjoy a long, healthy life through key elements such as changing daily habits, eating well and staying active. Their mission involves establishing initiatives and providing resources that enhance the quality of life and enable healthy aging. Proceeds from the Living Well Luncheon will support Alexian Brothers programs for the most vulnerable older adults in the Chattanooga area.
