Sherbrooke Village Expansion
• Increasing the number of opportunities it has to serve;
• Further extending its reach into the community by providing available space to expand its highly successful community wellness program;
• Providing for a strong interest for single-occupancy rooms and a more resident-centered, home-like environment.
Construction of one building, consisting of four neighborhoods creates a unique look with small neighborhood settings.
The expansion adds:
• 34 Medicare Short Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Beds, click here for room sample
• 13 Private-Pay Hospice beds
• 16 Couples Beds licensed as Assisted Living
• A Wellness Center offering outpatient therapy and the Club Alexian branded wellness program
• Community space/common areas, administration and office space |
