Join Senior Neighbors

Come join the fun!  Senior Neighbors provides vocational, social, mental, spiritual and physical opportunities designed to maintain and improve health and wellness through the following programs:

• JOIN US at 4 Active Senior Centers: 3 in downtown Chattanooga and 1 in Soddy Daisy

• VOLUNTEER in your choice of over 40 non-profit agencies in the Chattanooga area with the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).

• WORK part-time in a local non-profit agency or government organization as a paid Senior AIDE with The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP).

• LEARN SOMETHING NEW in the Senior Neighbors book club; computer, art, Bible, foreign language, dance and Tai Chi classes; and workshops, health screenings and events.

• EXPRESS YOURSELF in the Scenic City Chorale or Senior Neighbors Orchestra

• COMPETE in the Chattanooga District Senior Olympics (Register before April 2, 2010 and compete May 3-8, 2010)

• TRAVEL with fun day and overnight trips

• EXPLORE YOUR FUTURE and give back to your community in the Senior Leadership Academy
