Promoting leadership and personal growth through volunteerism
 Explore how our citizens and leaders work together to make Chattanooga a better place to live. Our Leadership Academy is designed to familiarize participants with the Chattanooga community, to provide opportunities to meet with community leaders who make things happen, and to help you learn how to contribute your insight and expertise to the greater good of the community. You'll want to join us if you are an older adult who has been active in your profession, religious group, community organization or neighborhood.
The Leadership Academy begins with a half-day retreat in September, followed by full-day sessions every month from October through May. Graduation ceremonies occur in May.
