"We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing." The mission of the Senior Olympics is to promote healthy lifestyles through fitness, sports and active involvement in life. The key to living a long, happy, healthy life is staying fit. The Senior Olympics are an outlet for seniors to have fun while they work toward their fitness goals. Competition is open to individuals who will be at least 50 years old by December 31, 2011 and who live in the state of Tennessee.
