The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) enables thousands of older persons to prove themselves every day as vital workers in many of our most trusted charitable organizations nationwide. An independent national survey of these organizations tells us that they are better able to carry out their mission because of these older workers. That surprises many people, except, perhaps, the older workers themselves.
