Welcome to Alexian Brothers Valley Residence

Alexian Brothers Valley Residence is designed and staffed exclusively to care for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and related memory loss.  Every aspect of the community…the design, furnishings, staffing and management are intended to serve the specific needs of residents and their families. 

The community is made up of 42 comfortable private bedrooms organized into 3 neighborhoods of 14 residents each.  Along with residential living, Alexian Brothers Valley Residence also offers adult day services and respite care for short term stays. Located at the base of Signal Mountain, TN, the Valley Residence is convenient to both downtown Chattanooga and the campus of Alexian Village of Tennessee.   

Residents enjoy comfortable and secure courtyards, walkways and screened porches, along with recreational programs and attention to spiritual wellness.  Some other features include 24-hour supervision, medication management by a licensed nurse, continual staff education and preferred admission into Alexian Health Care Center if a higher level of nursing care is required.
