What is Alexian Brothers Home Care?

Alexian Brothers Home Care (formerly Choices) is a home-based program of non-medical personal care, assistance and adult companionship provided on an as-needed basis to older adults in the Chattanooga area.

Alexian Brothers Home Care is the choice to make for friends, family and loved ones who need a little extra help with daily living activities (dressing, bathing and medication, for example) while they continue to maintain an appropriate level of independence.

Our team of adult care experts has been carefully selected from the most qualified and compassionate caregivers in the region. Every member of our team has met the strict Alexian Brothers selection criteria required to serve in the Home Care Program.
