Alexian Village Health and Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit residential nursing provider with a faith-based commitment to the holistic well-being of each individual. In addition to providing high-quality 24-hour nursing care, the Center provides innovative rehabilitative and restorative services that help each individual maintain independence. Consideration of emotional, environmental and spiritual concerns is the cornerstone of the Center's unique care philosophy. Situated on the campus of Alexian Village of Tennessee, Alexian Village Health and Rehabilitation Center is an integral part of the continuum of care that the Alexian Brothers offer to the community. The Center's location offers the safety and security of being in the middle of a small residential town, away from high-traffic roads, yet it is only 10 miles from downtown Chattanooga.
