Alexian Brothers Senior Ministries operates the most comprehensive network of residential, retirement and community resources for older adults in the Tennessee Valley.
The Brothers arrived on Signal Mountain in 1936 to establish a retreat and training center for their religious congregation. Over 70 years later, the Brothers work in Chattanooga has grown to encompass ten interdependent ministries offering an array of both residential and community-based retirement resources.
Alexian Brothers Senior Ministries includes:

- Independent and assisted living
- Residential Alzheimer's, dementia and memory loss care
- Social, cultural, educational and vocational community resources for seniors
